Here’s an update on my yummy Fresh Squeezed Cranberry Juice. Now that it’s cranberry season, I get to juice fresh cranberries. So much easier!!! The result leaves it a bit more tart than when using dried cranberries, but still yummy. I may add a bit of honey to it tomorrow. :>
I just juiced a 12 ounce bag of fresh cranberries and 5 sliced medium apples, skimmed off the bitter foam and voila!
And here’s my ratio when using dried cranberries:
2 sm or 1 lg apple(s)
1 1/4 cups of dried cranberries
1 – 1/2 cups water
Pour water into blender (dried cranberries don’t like our juicer), add cranberries and pulse until smooth(ish). Cut apples into wedges, add to blender and pulse until smooth(ish). Strain out the pulp, add ice and be prepared to ENJOY!! Mmm, mmm, good!

Happy Juicing!!
