31 Days of Heart and Home: Recipe Exchange and Time for God

Little House on the Prairie Living is back with another Old Fashioned Recipe Exchange today, and I thought I’d share a few super easy recipes in one post. These are all ideas I found on Pinterest and LOVE! The 1st is basically a peanut butter sandwich with apple slices instead of bread, the 2nd is a meat sandwich without bread, and the 3rd is an amazing popcorn recipe. Yum!

Apple Sandwich:

I just make them with PB and apple, but the other ingredients are probably good too!

Cucumber Sandwich: I used lunch meat and cheese between 2 slices of cucumbers. It’s such a refreshing, yummy snack or light meal. So many possibilities!

Marshmallow Caramel Popcorn: 1/2 c. brown sugar 1/2 c. butter 9-10 marshmallows (or 2 Tbls. Marshmallow creme) 12 c. popcorn (cut the coating in half for a not so sweet treat) . Microwave brown sugar and butter for 2 minutes. Add marshmallows. Microwave until melted, 1 1/2 to 2 minutes. Pour over popcorn. Yummy Yummy!!
